Tim McGraw says sometimes songs are just supposed to be fun. Tim often chooses songs with a deeper meaning, but every once in a while he records a song just for fun, like his current single, "Truck Yeah." Tim says he just looks for good songs…period…
Tim McGraw: "The key is finding new ones, you know. There's always a place for those that don't say a lot that are just fun, too. I've had a few of those, and I have no problem with those. It's like when I go to the movies, I like to have some chocolate-covered peanuts, you know. But I also like a heavy movie. And there's places for all of it."
Right now, Tim is celebrating the success of his Brothers of the Sun Tour. The tour has already sold more than one million tickets and has been named the highest-grossing tour of the year.
