Eric Church had an unusual gig this past weekend…
Eric was the only Country Music act playing at Metallica's Orion Fest in Atlantic City. Eric was actually a little bit nervous about playing for Heavy Metal fans, but being the hand picked by Metallica is a big deal. Eric says, " I think for us to have somebody like Metallica, who are one of the hardest bands, maybe the hardest band in the history of heavy metal, to come out and say, 'Hey, we want you to be the only representative of country,' is a great honor for us."
In addition to songs you’d normally hear at on Eric’s Blood Sweat and Beers tour, Eric and his band worked up some tunes that were more quote, “in your face.” If you’d like to see pictures from the weekend’s concert event, click HERE.
