Trace Adkins Still Recovering from House Fire

Trace Adkins says he’s still recovering from the house fire that took his family’s home and all of their belongings last year. Trace spoke at a fundraising breakfast for the Red Cross in Brentwood, and he told the crowd he’s still coping with the loss…

Trace Adkins: "Every day you remember something you don't have anymore and something that really meant a lot to you. I mean, when you've lived in a home for 10 or 11 years, there's a lot of stuff in there. Every day something else reminds me that there's a lot of stuff that just can't be replaced."

Trace was also able to crack jokes about that day’s event saying "When somebody says, 'the Red Cross is there,' that's not a good sign." And Trace also thanked the Red Cross for being there when he couldn't be.
