Reba McEntire says celebrity death hoaxes have got to stop! You’ve probably seen some of these cruel hoaxes on Facebook or Twitter. Millions of folks share these stories about the tragic death of their beloved celeb,only to discover that it was all just a hoax.
Well Reba says she was the target earlier in the year. The story was that Reba had fallen off a mountain in Austria. She says the prank went way too far…that it devastated a member of her family who overheard someone talking about her death in a convenience store. Reba opened up on the CBS show, The Talk, saying her nephew “was paying for gas and then they said, ‘O man, I just saw her in concert not too long ago.’ And he went, ‘Who you talking about’ And they said Reba McEntire just got killed.’”
Reba discovered all of this when she got a panicked phone call from her sister who asked if she was OK. It was then that Reba learned her nephew apparently suffered a panic attack.
