Lionel Richie says he has an incriminating voice mail from Kenny Chesney! Well, you know that Lionel and Kenny team up for a song on Lionel’s duets album. Well, originally, Lionel wanted that collaboration to be on his hit song, "All Night Long" ….but Kenny had a different song in mind. So one day, after Kenny had apparently had one too many adult beverages, he called Lionel and left a convincing, yet slightly embarrassing voicemail…
Lionel Richie: "'Lionel. Oh my god, Lionel, oh my god, oh my god. My Love. My love, just thinking about you. Oh, Lionel, I love you. I love you, Lionel, I love you. 'My love, just thinking about you. Oh, I love you Lionel. I love you Lionel, I love 'My Love,' I love you. I love you Lionel. My Love. I love you, Lionel.' And I realized, Kenny Chesney loves me. And Kenny Chesney loves 'My Love.' And by the way, I didn't tell anybody, but I love Kenny Chesney."
Yes, so Kenny drunk dialed Lionel…and apparently sang Lionel’s song, “My Love” (the whole song) on the voice mail message. And Lionel saved it...so Kenny, you can't deny it!
