Taylor Swift’s new movie is a box office smash!! Dr. Suess’ The Lorax debuted at number one over the weekend. It dominated the box office, bringing in an estimated $70.7-million! (The number 2 movie this weekend only brought in 20 million). The Lorax had the best opening of the year so far, and it’s the 6th highest debut ever for an animated film.
Taylor is the voice of the main character “Audrey,” and she says the movie’s success has to be because the characters are so dang cute!!!...
Taylor Swift: “I think one of my favorite things about the movie...of course, I’m drawn to anything cute. Um, and these animals in The Lorax are just heartbreakingly cute...just ridiculously cute. Um...like, maximum capacity of cuteness!”
Well, it’s also a star-packed cast…other celebs who contribute their voices for the "ridiculously cute" characters are Zac Efron, Danny DeVito and Betty White.
