Dierks Bentley Gives the 411 on "5-1-5-0"

Dierks Bentley gives the 411 on his latest single called “5-1-5-0”. He says not knowing what the song actually means hasn’t stopped fans from going CRAZY over it at his concerts…which is the whole point of the song…

Dierks Bentley: "At least in California, it was like a police code for an insane person. You know, 'We have an insane person here,' as a police code is 51-50. You know, I don't know if people know exactly what it means, but Jim is quite fond of reminding me that people probably didn't know what down with OPP meant either. So, I don't know, we'll see if it sticks or not." 

He's referring to this early '90s hit by Naughty by Nature...called " OPP"

Dierks is not the first to use the code “5-1-5-0” on an album….Van Halen actually titled one of their albums “5-1-5-0, back when Sammy Hagar was their front man.
