Blake Shelton Surprises Concert Goers in LA!!!

Blake Shelton surprised a crowd of unsuspecting concert goers this week at the kickoff of The Voice tour in Los Angeles. Blake joined his Team Blake winner and runner-up of the competition, Dia Frampton, on stage at L.A.'s Gibson Amphitheater. The two sang a duet of Tom Petty's "I Won't Back Down."

Now Blake told me that he has real friendships with the singers on his team…and on the final episode, if you remember, Blake said Dia Frampton was like someone in his family up there on the stage....

Word is, Martina McBride released an R&B song this week!!! But Martina is not the singer…nope…this time, she’s the songwriter! Martina wrote a song on R&B singer Joss Stone's new album, called LP1. It was released on Tuesday. The song is called "Karma," and Martina is a co-writer on the song, along with Joss, the Warren Brothers…and Dave Stewart…who is the co-founder of the pop group the Eurythmics….he’s also producing Joss Stone’s entire album. They recorded the song at Martina’s Blackbird studio, right here in Nashville. Thanks to a youtube video that Joss posted, we have a sneak peak of the song…

So Country Music came out well on the Idols earning list.

Taylor Swift Gives To Tuscaloosa

Taylor Swift has donated $250,000 to Alabama Tornado Relief. She donated the money to Nick's Kids, a charity founded by University of Alabama head football coach Nick Saban and his wife. The money will help those in the Tuscaloosa area, through partnerships with Project Team Up and Habitat for Humanity.

Coach Saban wrote a special thank you message to Taylor On the school's website....

He works out everyday and NEVER misses a work-out…He also has a STRICT diet.

Kenny eats the same thing for breakfast EVERYDAY… scrambled egg whites, grilled chicken, sliced tomatoes and a whole-wheat bagel. For a snack, he’ll grab a handful of grapes. For years, I've heard Kenny eats the same thing for dinner every night, too….a chicken breast and veggies.  It sounds miserable...But he says he gives himself one day a week to cheat…ironically, that day is Sunday…
