Tim McGraw will star in a “Dirty” movie next month! Well, the movie’s called “Dirty Girl”...and supposedly, the story takes place in Oklahoma in the late 80’s…and it’s about a teenage girl who has a bad reputation in town and a boy who is confused about his, well, sexual orientation…and both leave home to search for themselves. And supposedly, the teenage girl is searching for the father she never knew...
Now, Tim describes his role in the film as "small, but pivotal." But he didn’t reveal who he plays in the movie. Tim did say, "It's a really, really good movie. It's funny. It's got a lot of heart. It can make you laugh and cry. It's got all those great things in it."
Even though Tim McGraw has had some major acting successes lately, he says, “It's not like I can just pick a part, and it's mine. I still have to go out and win it, so things have to line up in order for me to do a movie."
Well, There are a couple of other actors with Nashville ties in the upcoming movie“Dirty Girl”….Dwight Yoakam and Mary Steenburgen join Tim in the movie. “Dirty Girl” hits theatres August 5th.
