Tim McGraw Comes Clean about his Foot

Tim McGraw is finally telling the truth about how he really hurt his foot. Last week he said it was all Luke Bryan's fault. Tim had originally said that Luke accidentally landed on his foot as he was jumping away from a spider that startled him backstage. Well, now Tim's giving us the real story....



Tim told CMT.com that he’s really not sure how it happened. Tim said,"I don't know if it happened running or in the part of the show where I jump off speakers. It could've happened any number of ways." 

It’s being reported that Tim's doctors believe it started off as a stress fracture that worsened over time…so Tim will have to wear a corrective boot for the next few weeks.

I’m sure Luke Bryan is relieved that the truth is finally out…that he’s really not a sissy when it comes to spiders, at least he wasn’t in this case.

Tim and his broken foot will hit the stage in Camden, New Jersey on Friday night on his Emotional Traffic tour. Luke Bryan, of course, is joining Tim on the tour. I hope there are no spiders backstage in Jersey. : )

UPDATE: Luke Bryan made this comment about Tim's foot. Turns out, Tim was making light of a more serious situation...

Luke Bryan: “He runs a lot and, and they believe it’s just from running and exercising quite a bit. It’s a pretty serious break. Maybe a lot more than people know about.”
