Reba McEntire released the dates for her upcoming fall tour…she’ll be hitting the road with Steel Magnolia, The Band Perry and Eden's Edge.
Reba’s concerts are something else…and her tour has become a family affair...her husband, Narvel, is her manager…and now Reba’s son wants to get involved…
Reba: "Shelby, my son, said, 'Mom, we've got to do another big production!' I said, 'Go get you an artist to manage.' No, I want to stay out there with the folks and visit and tell stories. That's what I totally enjoy doing. I may change clothes a couple of times, but nothing like we did back in the '90s."
Well, if you never had the opportunity to go to one of Reba’s concerts in the 90’s…then you missed quite the theatrical production. Reba was known for her many, many costume changes, eye-popping sets and special effects. My first Reba concert was in the 90’s and I’ll never forget it. Reba used a hydraulic lift to get closer to fans in the nosebleed section (which was where I was sitting, by the way)….and at one point, she vanished into the stage and appeared on the other, far end of the stadium in a completely different outfit and hairdo…and all of this took place in a matter of seconds!!

Reba is a master performer, and even though she says her new tour won't be as big as back then, these new artists who are touring with Reba, are still in for a treat…and most likely will forever be affected and influenced by her incredible shows!
